Losing Weight too quickly – Really?

by Raspberry Ketone on March 8, 2012

Confused about weight lossBelieve it or not, it is possible to lose weight too fast. Unfortunately, this conflicts with most dieters’ goal to lose as much weight as possible. Too make things more difficult, no two people are the same with how much weight they can lose safely. This may not be a topic you have thought or heard about, so why is rapid weight loss bad?

First and foremost, rapid weight loss can cause a few health problems. The worst may be severe dehydration. Normally the first few weeks of a diet, excess water weight is removed from the body. However, when rapid weight loss occurs, more water is removed from the body then what is taken in. This causes dehydration and unfortunately, many people mistake hunger for thirst. Eating more further dehydrates the person and it only gets worse.

Secondly, is malnutrition. Malnutrition is often a sign associated with rapid weight loss because generally those losing weight too fast are not eating enough. Malnutrition is counterproductive because it actually slows your metabolism and other body processes, causing you to store more fat.

Studies have also shown that rapid weight loss often leads to a “diet crash“. In other words, most people who experience rapid weight loss end up gaining that weight back, sometimes even gaining more weight then they lost.

The reason for this is due to the body’s inability to adjust to rapid weight loss. Take a 250lb. man for example. If this man starts an extreme diet and loses 15% of his body weight in one month, he would have lost 37 pounds. Chances are this is too much.

Our bodies take a prolonged period of time to adjust to weight loss, which is why many people tend to overeat after experiencing some weight loss. Instead of eating to maintain 225 pounds, the body is used to eating for 250 pounds, which results in overeating. Therefore the best chance for long-term weight loss is a steady, consistent weight loss by using the right supplements and the right diet.

Luckily, raspberry ketone can help you do just that. While most people see dramatic weight loss the first two weeks, this is just the initial removal of water weight. After the first few weeks, users of raspberry ketone generally notice 2-4 pounds of weight loss each week afterwards. After 10 weeks, you are potentially looking at 20-40lbs of healthy weight loss!

The key to raspberry ketone’s success has been its’ consistency. Rather then sporadic weight loss, ketone users have noted that they can essentially know how much weight they have lost each week. It’s this consistency that makes raspberry ketone the best weight loss supplement on the market. Not only are you going to lose weight, but you will keep it off for good also.

If you need a raspberry ketone supplement, consider Raspberry Ketone Pure. It is the top selling ketone product on the market and has been receiving rave reviews by it’s users, they even give you a 60 day guarantee. I’ve been working out tntsiscenoly for about a year, but my weight loss has been really slow. I’ve only lost about 15-18lbs. I’ve also changed my diet and started eating a lot healthier. I haven’t been intaking much protein and I believe that is a reason why my weight loss has been slow. How much protein should I take to speed up my weight loss? Are there any recipes, shakes or vitamins I should be taking?I workout at least 3-4x a week. On average I’m at the gym for 1hr. 1.5hrs. I’ve been attending the RPM Body Pump classes at least 2x a week. On the other days I’m doing cardio and weightlifting. I also do resistence training.
