In a segment Dr. Oz called “Five Miracle Fat Burners”, raspberry ketone was
mentioned as an unknown diet product that can help people achieve faster weight
loss. While Raspberry ketone has been around since the 1960’s, its primary effects and benefits are still relatively
unknown. So what is Raspberry ketone and how does it work?
Raspberry ketone is described as a natural phenolic compound found in red
raspberries. In simpler terms it is a powerful enzyme that possesses strong weight
loss properties as well as other health benefits. It is one of the rarest extracts
because red raspberries contain a minuscule amount of raspberry ketone.
Raspberries have been in the market for a long time, but have received much
exposure before Dr. Oz recommended it. Sometimes, it can be combined with other
diet supplements like green tea extract or even African mango extract to provide an
even more powerful supplement.

Since the relatively new nature of Raspberry ketone, many people wonder if
raspberry ketone is a legitimate product. These concerns are valid, considering the
nature of the diet market.
One major study has been conducted so far In Japan. Researchers tested raspberry
ketone on mice to determine whether or not it had fat burning capabilities. They
found that mice that had taken raspberry ketone had a lower body fat % then the
mice that did not. They also found that mice that were supplemented with raspberry
ketone absorbed less fat, leading them to figure out that raspberry ketone actually
blocks fat absorption in the body.
As mentioned earlier, Dr Oz recommended it on his show and gave it his official
approval. He provided detailed research about raspberry ketone and mentioned
that raspberry ketone stimulates a person’s metabolism to a much higher degree
then other supplements.
He even brought on a weight loss expert Lisa Lynn. She talked about her experiences
with raspberry ketone supplements with her clients. She found that clients lost
much more weight and had faster metabolisms after taking raspberry ketone for
a short period of time. She recommends taking a 100mg raspberry ketone pill 30
minutes before breakfast and lunch for best results.
Some people have expressed concerns over whether or not raspberry ketone is
safe. According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) raspberry ketone is
considered safe for most people, unless by an off-chance they have a raspberry allergy.
However, this is a very rare occurrence that affects very few people.
Raspberry ketone looks to be a very promising product that could change the diet
market. With the support of many medical professionals and users of the product,
it is rapidly cutting into the current weight loss market. Users report that raspberry ketone can and
does deliver rapid weight loss and supercharges the body’s metabolism. Therefore,
it is clear that it is a legitimate diet product.
If you would like to start losing weight fast then you should buy raspberry ketone.
Your slimmer, healthier body is only a few clicks away. Try raspberry ketone
before it is too late!

This is more a question than comment – I have hypothyroidism so I am asking if this is safe since it seems to rev up your metabolism as does my synthroid med of 100 mg.
Please advise.
You will need to check with your physician, we can’t answer that.
